Booking policy

• When booking you MUST give a $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure the appointment date and time. Payments can be made through Zelle, PayPal, Square, or Cashapp ($MiiaKJ).

• The final balance payment is due at the end of the photoshoot. Basic edited photos will not be sent out until the remaining balance has been paid for the shoot.

Time & Arrival

• Please arrive on time. If the client is late, the end time of the shoot will not be extended. An additional $20 late fee will apply to all sessions beyond 15 minutes late.

• After 25 minutes, the session will be canceled and the deposit will NOT be refunded. If you choose to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations/rescheduling

• If you are not able to make the photoshoot, deposits will not be returned.

• Clients may be allowed to reschedule their photoshoot once and it must be 48 hours prior to the date of the shoot. To reschedule, there must be a $30 fee that is required and must be paid in full when rescheduling.

Image Requests

• Edited images will be sent out via a downloadable link through email within 1-3 business days from the date the photos were taken.

• MSLenz has the right to display all clients’ work on social media, portfolio, etc.
